Mrs. Melanie McMillan: Director

Melanie McMillan has an extensive background in strategic sales, marketing and management consulting. Her focus has been on developing local and international sales and marketing organizations with emphasis on strategic sales campaigns. She has enjoyed over 25 years of sales and senior management positions with Fortune 500 companies including Xerox, Data General/EMC, Silicon Graphics as well as her own companies, Revenue Growth Group and McMillan Consulting. Melanie has served on various boards including the Playhouse Theatre Company and was a co-founder and director of a successfully trading public company. She has been involved in many philanthropic endeavours including three years as Co-Chair of the Vancouver Wine Festival "Bacchanalia". Recently she worked with four other women to raise $750,000 for the first digital mammography machine in BC. Melanie, her husband Courtney and daughter Madison moved from North Vancouver Peachland in July 2006 and are all enjoying the Okanagan lifestyle and Glenfir community.
