Mr. Mike Wigley: Director

After graduating from business administration in 1972, Mr. Wigley started a home construction company in Northern Ontario. Four years later, he moved south and purchased a small wholesale hardware company in Toronto, following which he had created a much larger wholesaler, gradually transforming it into a television marketing business. Mr. Wigley developed such well known specialty products as the Garden Claw, the Garden Weasel, the Clapper and the Chia Pets, which were sold through retail chain stores across Canada as well as internationally throughout the U.S. and Europe. Mr. Wigley and his wife Heather moved to Penticton in 2002, along with 3 grown children and 2 grandchildren. They look forward, enthusiastically, to a long association with The Glenfir School.
