Our Campus Facilities

Glenfir is situated on a seventeen acre campus located at the foot of Giant's Head Mountain in Summerland, BC. We are proud to offer our students a healthy, safe, state-of-the-art, technology-rich environment.
 
Recently Glenfir renovated its facilities and now boasts one of the largest gymnasium in the Okanagan Valley. Within the new gymnasium, Glenfir has created an indoor climbing wall and a fully equipped fitness room.
 
As physical education and well-being is a major component to a Glenfir education, we have also added an outdoor multi-purpose court for tennis, basketball, and other activities. Glenfir offers a fitness trail and mountain bike course in addition to the large international-size playing field.
 
Technology is a very important aspect of a Glenfir education. Five Smart Boards located in different classrooms throughout the school allow for interactive teaching and learning. We are also able to offer students access to an IT lab, the use of a portable Mac lab with wireless access throughout the school and the use of digital photography and video equipment for various class and extracurricular projects.
 
We believe strongly in both the safety and health of our students and faculty and have installed state-of-the-art air and water purification systems, providing fresh air and clear water to every corner of the school. Video surveillance and door buzzers ensure that no one enters the school without being invited to do so.
 
As the Arts are another very important component to the Glenfir educational experience, we offer a fully equipped art room, music room, and stage for a variety of performances.
