Administration

At Glenfir, the administrative structure centres on four key individuals: Managing Director, Mary Taylor and three Academic Directors. For the Primary school, the Director is Ms. Jindalee Webb; for the Junior School, the Director is Ms. Daphne O'Sullivan; and for the Senior School the Director is Mr. Rick Johnson. Each of these individuals is an experienced, long-standing member of the Glenfir faculty. Their respective backgrounds and biographical notes are detailed on the Faculty page.

Mrs. Taylor grew up in Zimbabwe, Africa and studied Certified Accountancy in England. She travelled extensively while living and working in England and came to live in the Okanagan in 1990. She was a part owner in a business in Summerland and had an interest in Glenfir from its inception. Mrs. Taylor was elected to the board when her son James started Kindergarten in 1999 and is now passionately involved in helping to build a school community where young students thrive. Her personal interests besides Glenfir include reading, travelling and being with her family.
