At Glenfir, the school's structure centers on two key individuals, the Head of School and the Business Manager. The Head of School is the academic leader of the school and reports directly to the Board Chair. The Head of School is the school's educational leader and carries the primary responsibility for establishing and maintaining all academic and extra-curricular school programs.
