Diary Assignment
2008-01-31 14:34:36
Please ensure that you have completed the diary for Monday. Remember, you are either a filles du roi or a male settler in New France. How do you feel about the expectations and pressure on you to marry? (Try and be creative while including historically accurate detail).

Thursday's work
2008-01-17 13:32:49
Today it seemed like everyone was working on something different. If you did not have your 10 democracy images in, you were working on that. If your English civil war paragraph was not handed in, you were trying to catch up on that. Then, for those of you who were ready to move on, you read from p.44 onwards in the Canada Revisited text. Using Notebook, you created a web to show the main ideas in the chapter, and to make a 3-circle Venn diagram to show the similarities and differences between the roles of Intendent, Governor General, and Bishop.
English Civil War Assignment
2008-01-11 11:01:45
On Monday I'll spend time with each student looking over drafts of the writing assignment. Please make sure you come prepared. The final assignment will be handed in on Thursday. Remember that there should be no direct copying/pasting, and citations should be used when necessary.
